hey just wanted some ideas on where's best to buy equipment from ??? and what's the best nail polishes to use???? doing nail technician course in a couple of weeks,so wanted some ideas.....please help

there are a number of suppliers that are good, however thy will sell to trade only so you need to be qualified and show certificates before you will be able to buy from them.
Unless you need to buy something for your couse specifically they should be able to tell you where to get it from. If you want to build up your equipment then I would wait till after your course before you buy them, reason is on the course you will be able to try different equipemnt and see what you get on with best. There is no point buying cuticle knives and finding that you prefer pushers, or curved files and you get on better with diamond or straight. It is hard to tell what you will work better with until you are working with it

see if you can try a few out before you stock a brand. OPI is popular, as is China Glaze but there are hundreds of brands out there (orly, Sinful) as well as the new gel polishes so best to try a few ut first and see which you like best.

thankyou for your advice. i'm not gonna buy until i've done the course,just browsing on the internet and was curious what nail polishes are good etc. there's so much to choose from. what colours do you find are popular ??? xxx
