I was wondering if anyone here could help me, as i've looked in many places and can not find anywhere,
where i can get a starter kit (or similar) for water decal nails from.
i would like to do nice celebrity water decal nails for me, my mum and some family members for a new years party, All i can find is pre made ones.
So if anyone can tell me where i can buy the stuff i need would be really great! The help would be amazing
