Which gel polish do you use?

Hello ladies,

which gel polishes do you use? I'm wanting to get a gel range to offer ( I'm qualified in Gel polish , wanted to offer shellac but ideally not until ive taken the official course with sweet squared so gel it is for now)

I have looked at the orly gel fx range and someone else suggest the gellux range?? But I thought I would ask you lovely ladies what you used and thought of them ?

I use Gellux and I love the product.

They frequently release special edition lines that then discontinue, so if you find any special edition colours that you love, stock up when you see them!

Do they have much in the way of seasonal colours ? I'm thinking with the time of year that ill be starting that it would be good to have a head start on some lovely autumnal /Christmassy colours !

Is the wear good with gellux? Do you use the specific gellux lamp ? x

They've just brought out a winter range that has some lovely Metallic and glitter polishes.

Yes, I use their lamp. They have a mini LED lamp as well as a standard sized one.

I find wear is great and has a lovely shine!

Yeah! I love the 'Glam' and 'Glitz' glitters too. I haven't bought them yet, but I will be getting down to Capital Hair&Beauty soon to stock up!

Hmm I'd be quite torn... I find ibd a bit more hard wearing and they have a wider colour choice, but INK are more affordable and removes like an absolute dream, plus they do a strengthening gel for problem nails. I would probably go with INK if I had to choose...I think. They're a great company to order from too, I like the fact you can only order directly from them, and I love and use all of their products- hard gel, files,.. makes it much easier ordering it all from one place, whereas ibd's more difficult to get hold of and often out of stock I was finding, that's why I converted to using INK's ijel as well as gel polish, I'm really pleased with all their products and the service they provide.

Yep inklondon ijel is fantastic... and less expensive as other brands... i only wish the did a thick sculpting gel like cuccio or ibd.... i did ask the lady at the show... but she didnt know what i meant... lol.... but the inklondon camouflage ijel is fab for french finish on nail biters...
