Which hair extensions weave or micro ring?

Hey.. Had black hair for years it's now blonde but pretty dry etc. I can't get away with not straightening it.. I was thinking of getting extensions I wear clip ins everyday.. Which would be best!? Weave or the micro ring/bond?? Also going to Thailand on holiday so don't want the heat to effect them. Also anyone kno of any salons that do either of them,, in the shropshire area.???
