Which Koleston Perfect Blonde to use?

Hi everyone

I have just joined as I am looking for help! Big time!

I have someone do my hair every 6 weeks and have always used 40% peroxide alongside Koleston Perfect Blonde in 12/0. (120 to 60)
My hair is so yellowy golden blonde, and i hate it!!!! I want to be creamy white blonde, and I am natural blonde anyway with slight strawberry blonde undertones, but I cant seem to get it creamy Gwen Stefani esque blonde.

Please can anyone help?
Am i using the wrong Koleston colour?:o

Does your hairdresser not have any other suggestions?

The person i use is a family friend who bless her retired many years ago, so she doesnt know. She does a great job at the one now, but i know its not the shade i want anymore. Its far too yellowy-golden. I want creamy, white blonde. I am willing to change and go to a salon etc...just dont know where and what to ask for !
