hi need a little advice i have no idea what nail polish is good or bad to use do you need to use a base and top coat for all polish?

Yes you do need base and top coat for any polish you use. Base protects the nails and top seals the colour in so it will last. Popular ones are cnd, opi, nailtiques etc x
