hi

Can anyone recommend some good white tips I can buy? I have heard of Millenium tips from this site.....where can I get these from? Is there a web site, and what tip would you recommend? And What about Radical French tips???
Do you need to cut out the well area and fit to the smile line and blend in.....or do you not blend in and leave it as it is and apply Pink L&P over the top? How can you ensure a crisp smile line?? This baffles me at the mo!!!
And....do you still apply white L&P over the tip or can you leave it as it is??

Oh my oh my oh my,I have never used white tips before but I want to give them a go, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated!! Sorry for sounding like a div(!) but step by step might help lil' ol me!!!!:o

Hi thre this has been covered Milleniums of times lol, do a search to see all the answers on which is prefered.

French tips are not taylor generally so you have a perfect smile line, but some companies use such a big well area you have to taylor them down or the nail bed dissapears and it looks so out of balance all white no pink, so to avoid this I dont use white tips I use a product called more than White (as sold by Designer Nails) which can be painted onto any shape or size of tip left to dry and then your can do your appliation, and again there are threads on this product if you do a search..

I only have ever use white tips for Wraps with L&P i use a natural colour tip and always create my smile (zone 1) with my white powder, best to start as you mean to go on IMO.....Remember if you do your white to thick trying to get that perfect smile line then you can always file it down before trying to apply the pink then avoiding a cheese wedge...

I hope some of this helps untill some of the more senior technicians reply I am not always the best at explaining things..

as many other geeks know im not a big fan of tips (i cant be doing with blending etc.. when i can just apply a form and go...lol)
but i will have to say that since EzFlow reformulated their classic french tips i love them
they have no well area and a nice crisp smile line so you dont need to blend them or deepen the smile line they are also made with pure abs plastic and are thin and flexible so they are good to use when you want to pinch your c curve
heres a photo of them on my nails
please ignore the shape of my free edge- i had filed them to pieces doing clients....lol
