my daughter and i are both hairdressers .She went on the L'oreal course to use the product.My hair is soft curls with atendancy to frizz with any dampness or humidity and as i like to wear it smooth thought it would be the perfect for the winter weather.I was to be her model for the rest off her staff to see the product. She followed everystep from start to finish .timing checking etc.The following day hair looked great but when i ran fingers through hair i could feel Stubble!!!! We've been in touch with the trainer and she's at a loss.She was getting in touch with Head office. My hair is in great condition and has no colour on it. Any one else had asimilar experience?
