Xp100 11.00

Hi I have used xp100 shade 11.00 twice now on my mum she has 100%grey roots iv used 9.0 before and it has covered but we have changed and gone lighter so it looks better when roots come through. It's just not covering any advice please

It won't cover, anything above a level 9 isn't guaranteed to give coverage.
11.0 is designed to lift not deposit.
10.0 may be a better option but it could still look sheer.

Thankyou is there any other brand that you no of that would give coverage in that level of lift and shade?

As far as I know that's just the general rules of colouring. It's because there's so little pigment in tints over a level 9 that's why it doesn't give that solid colour look.
What's your mum's natural hair colour like?
If it's 100%white you don't need lift anyway

What’s her base? If her hair is white already then all bleach highlights will do , will expose the keratin so it will give you a “blonde” look but it might go yellow afterwards.
