This hit my inbox from foxy, am intrigued and considering trying the Brazilian
Anybody seen this, tried the new hair (altho only launched early this month)

We have listened...
...we have improved.
We have spent the last 12 months collating customer feedback, and looking at how we can change to meet with current wants, needs and trends. Sadly this couldn’t be done over night but believe us when we tell you we have spent a great deal of time, effort and money to get us to where we are right now!!

So, with great pride at what we have achieved, here goes...

Dealing directly with the factory. Foxy Hair Extensions unlike many UK suppliers deal directly with the manufacturing factory. We have just returned from a trip to our new supplying factory to oversee the production of our new hair ranges to ensure the future will see consistency of colour, quality, length and above all quality of raw hair material purchased into the factory ensuring tangle free hair with a high quality look and feel!

Without realising, many UK suppliers deal through “trading companies” . These companies take the hair order, for a cut of profit, and distribute it to various factories to ensure it is made in time for that companies needs. This effects you as a customer, as clearly, if many different factories produce the order for one company how can the colours and quality remain consistent? It cant!

Amazing quality. Customer service and quality are our main focus here at Foxy Hair Extensions and we have done everything possible to ensure our customers now can not buy better quality hair for the price we are selling our 4A and 5A ranges!! Bold statement YES but true so give it a try!

4A Nail and Stick Hair: This hair is 100% Human Indian REMY Hair, still with Italian Keratin as its bond, however with a slightly softer compound to ensure hold but EASY REMOVALS too!

5A Opulence Remy 100% Human Brazilian Hair in Flat, Nano Ring hair and soon to be introduced wefted hair. This has the finest quality raw hair available on the hair extension market today that has been through very gentle processing to ensure its elasticity and softness.

Quality Control The quality control measures for our new hair is outstanding with regular checks being made through every step of the process. With BOTH our new ranges, the following quality control procedures have been put in place at the factory, changed specifically to meet our needs:

- No Dark Hairs
There is a specific group of workers who’s job it is to ensure, especially blonde hair is ONLY Blonde, no grey hairs, no black hairs, no string or bits of plastic.

- Correct Weight
One member of staffs sole job is to weigh EVERY bundle of raw hair ensuring every product weighs the advertised amount (i.e. 20 strand pack weighs 16g)

- Gentle Colouring Process
A specialist colour technician who is very highly skilled ensures the hair colour is consistent every single time, with every batch of hair being checked against the colour ring to ensure accuracy.

Gentle colouring techniques are used and blondes are lifted over a long period of time to ensure a quality finished product.

The drying of the hair material is essential in the final quality, the process of drying dark hair material and blonde hair material is very different and getting this wrong can severely effect the quality of the finished product. A second “drying room” has been installed in our factory for blonde shades ONLY, Blonde hair requires a significantly lower temperature over a longer drying time to ensure its elasticity. Most factories do not separate the colours leading blonde shades to become dry and brittle.

- No shedding
For bonded hair, a team will go through every stand, removing any loose hairs, ensuring the final product that you fit to your customer does not shed upon application.

To ensure our wefts are non-shedding, our factory imports a very high quality weft glue from Korea. This glue is applied to the weft after the hair has been through the wefting machine, ensuring our wefts are shed-free.

- No Colour Fade
Our hair is washed on a number of occasions after the colouring process to ensure all colour deposits are rinsed off thoroughly, thus avoiding the embarrassment of colour running from your clients new hair.

We must be mad... By visiting our new factory facilities we were surprised to know that our 4A hair is EXACTLY the same hair as is used by another one of the UK´s leading hair extension suppliers, who charge a great deal more than we do. A lot of overseas supplies falsely claim they supply various companies but we have seen their order on the production line being packaged! What more proof do you need than that.

Our new hair clearly warrants a much higher price tag than what we will be charging, and if you saw the price of what others charge for it it will confirm why we are saying this, HOWEVER, our aim here at Foxy Hair Extension is and always will be to produce high quality hair extensions at an affordable price. This we will continue to do.

Yes got it. Will be interesting to see the differences in practice as I stopped using foxy due to poor hair and even worse removal x

I've never used them I do like to use their glue to make nail tips so I hope the granules are still available and strong. I just thought the hair was awful and the flat tips had so much glue on, I had a client who had them and came to me for a set of European hair and I took her foxy ones out, even with their remover it was a nightmare. I like the idea of the Brazilian but colour options seem limited especially for blonds. Don't really want to add another colour ring to my collection of used suppliers! If the hair isn't up to par.

It's the first I receive off them. Looks as if they are trying to improve and go to trade which is admirable IMO and I think it they know the other hair was rubbish. I just don't agree that you have to buy and use their shampoo and condition far better professional products that will keep extensions in great condition and tbh I truly believe as long as the hair is good to begin with that any decent shampoo will keep the hair nice. No company should try and blame the degrading of hair on shampoo - if it doesn't knot and tangle your own hair then why would it extensions unless its industrial strength paint stripper!

Try using x10 Hun it's terrible !! Supermarket brands work better . I tried it on 4 suppliers hair. Ugh! Companies should recommend there own because silly hairy heads use the wrong stuff then blame it on bad quality ?

Sorry I think you mis-understood me, as a trained tech if I choose to buy hair from foxy to fit on my client I shouldn't have to buy/sell/include their own brand shampoo/conditioner. I agree nobody should use supermarket rubbish what I mean is if technicians such as myself work in a salon and have professional products from companies such as lab m who cater for hair extensions then why shouldn't I be able to tell my clients to use that, that's just as good If not better. I recommend and myself use Pureology range and armgan oil and have never had problems so why do they state their products have to be used. If its going to trade customers that means these customers are professionals and should either recommend their salon products or yes choose to buy foxy own. Good hair will still be good if any professional aftercare is used not just theirs!

:) yeah I get what you mean .
