MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The senior therapist will be responsible for the smooth running of the store on a day-to-day basis, including ensuring treatments are carried out to a consistently high standard, achieving business targets, managing the team’s rotas and holiday requests, stock taking and general administrative support. - Carries out a range of nail and beauty treatments to a high standard.
- Supports the team.
- Carry out treatments on an existing client base
- Minimum 2 years experience in nails
- Qualified in nail extensions
- High standard of personal appearance
- Self motivated
- Good team player

Required skills
- NVQ Level 2/3 or higher nail technician and Beauty therapy qualification
- A year of more of management experience within a beauty salon environment
- Valid UK work permit
- Fluent in spoken English
- Able to mentor individuals with training & development
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exemplary organisation skills with an understanding of following procedures
- Ability to motivate a team to ensure the business goals and targets are met
- Ability to remain fair and professional at all times
- Reputation for delivering high levels of client service.
