1 step Light Elegance not staying long?

So I figured I would try light elegance love the look of there glitter!!! Anyways I use cnd prep on all clients well first time I tried lift elegance after 2 weeks all were popped off figured teenager they are busy and active well try it again on a lady in her 30 once again all popped off by 2 weeks what am I doing wrong??? I want to use light elegance but not if that's the wearability my clients get thanks everyone for you help!!

Hi im a light elegance user, it sounds like the builder gel your using may not beinh sorting your clients nailbed, maybe try a different builder x
