I’ve been using 12/11 wella koleston plus 40 on my base 6/7 hair for years and always been happy with it but in the last year or so it’s only lifting to a horrible warm 9. I’ve tried adding 12/89 and then my hair goes far too ash (in fact it goes purple!)
Can anyone recommend another brand which lifts to a nice ash blonde or any tips with the koleston? Thank you
