30th birthday ideas for best friend

Ok so I'm on need of some inspiration....
I turned 30 last feb and my best friends did lots of surprises for me. For example she did a huge poster out and hung it at the bottom of my road so I would see it that morning when I drove past. She put pics of when I was small up all over where the party was on etc.

Now it's my turn and I'm stumped!

I have bought all the little things like a sash and flashing tiara, hangover cure basket etc.
She is having a party in her house and then the following weekend 5 of us are heading to Belfast.

Please please give me more ideas like what she did for me? So stuck and it's only 3 weeks away!

Hi, I did some things for a hen that perhaps you could taylor to a special birthday. I made a scrapbook for the bride where each of the friends put a picture of themselves and the bride and put a little message poem or you could put in advice or words of wisdom about getting older?! We were putting in advice for marriage. There may seem to be a lot of space left in the book but you can fill that with the pictures you take at the party.
I also made a cd where all the friends thought of a song that reminded them of the bride. The bride then had to guess who picked the song. You could put some songs on from when you were growing up.

I brought my first born home from hospital on my 30th birthday, we are 5 days apart, but that would take some planning.. lol and not enough time.. lol.

I take it its not presents ideas you are after, but nice touches ! I had a surprise gift box landed on my door step for my 40th, with flowers, cake, card, gifts, champagne, it took me a week to find out who it was from. Nobody would tell me for a week. It turned out to be .. Friends !
