Acrylic or gel extension which one to choose?

I am thinking having my nails done. I used to have acrylics. I am wondering if gel extensions are better and less harm full to the natural nail? I would really appreciate your views.

both if done by a professional nail technician won't be harmful to your nails it's usually clients picking or biting or over filing both are equally as good as the other it depends what you nail tech is most skilled at xx
