Acrylic refresher course

hellooo geeks!

can anyone tell me if the one day courses with pinks academy/carlton institute are any good as a refresher type thing? im just looking at the one day acrylic course just to get my insurance as i pretty much know how to do the system anyway from a short college course i did years ago. just looking for advice as to whether they are ok for that, as i am doing an essential nails in sculpting course and didnt really want to pay out another £500 on doing the acrylic overlay course just to get insurance.

Hi

I have done a few courses with Pinks and found them to be ok although i haven't used them since they merged with the carlton institute so i dont know if that would affect the standard.

Overall i found them to be very helpful even when i have phoned the tutors after finishing the course I was offered advice and support.

The only thing I would say is take plenty of money with you as the training centre is above a beauty wholesalers and I guarantee you will spend a fortune on goodies
