Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question! I've recently copleted my training for gel nails, overlays and extensions. Just wondering if you have to complete another separate course for acrylics in order to provide the service and get insurance? Hope someone will be able to help ☺

Think so, completely different systems and procedure. Not trained in acrylics so not 100%

Acrylic is completely different to work with, you have to learn how you get the liquid and powder ratio right and how to work with it, you'll need training :) x

Totally different ball game. Please get good thorough training as your using chemicals that you need to be properly trained in.
If u don't mind me asking who did you train with for the gels x

I've just done the CND basic acrylic course and am about to take a gel course with the Creative Academy as sadly CND are stopping Brisa Lite.

Insurance won't cover me for gels of any kind until I've completed the course. The only thing they'll allow me to do is overlays as this is simply brushing product into the nails. X
