Ok I have a client who we have been keeping at a super light silvery blonde for the last few months with a darkened smudge root. It was initially bleached by another stylist and is super porous and damaged.

However as it stands she is getting married next saturday, so we have kept her length etc. She messaged me a couple weeks back asking to go copper... ‍♀️

I advised her that a big colour change just weeks before the wedding was probably not a good idea but of course she is sure as sure can be that she’d like to change it.

I’ve advised going for a warmer blonde, keeping a smudgy root, and having just some coppery pieces pulled through - she has naturally very very thick curly hair so probably some slices underneath.

However I know that all colours over porous hair go ash, and I’m cautious of using straight up gold in case it goes greeny...
Should I use some copper additive to warm up the all over blonde?
Could I use like a 10/0 and a bit of 0/43 in it to warm it all up?

I spend my life toning warmth out of hair so I’m fairly inequipt to add it back in!!

You could use 9/04, 10/03, 9/03, 8/34 , if the hair is porous I'd look at using colour touch though.
