If she went to the doctor, i think they do their own allergy test or send them for one, im not sure if they have to ask for one and that confirms if there is something in the product that they have an allergy to, it stops all the guess work

I must be getting very distrustful of other people these days but sounds a bif 'iffy' (just MHO). Problem is if you did'nt carry out a patch test there is'nt much you can do.
