Is it lawful or not if I put the board " we have the right to refuse a service to everyone " at my nail salon?
It would probably depend where you're located.
As far as I'm aware, you can specify that you only treat men or only treat women if your work is of a more intimate nature. You can refuse to treat someone who has been abusive or threatening, but it may be deemed as inflammatory if you then refuse to treat someone from a minority group.
Some years ago a lady decided she was no longer going to treat Muslim women (I don't know how many she even had on her books) but her salon didn't last the day.
You perhaps need to be clear on why
"Anyone threatening our staff will be denied service"
"Inappropriate behaviour during a massage will cease the treatment immediately and you will not be welcomed back" may be more acceptable but I would treat this sort of thing on an as and when basis.

I wouldn't put anything in writing as that will leave you wide open to lawsuits.
Why do you want to do this? Is there a particular client you want to get rid of?
