Advice re. hair loss after pregnancy please

Arh you poor thing.

My colleague lost a lot of hair about 9 months after her son was born and completely panicked because of the delay. She saw the tricologist who said it was perfectly normally and she showed her where the new hair was starting to come through and said that she'd be back to her usual hair in time and to try not to stress (easier said than done I know) as that can aggravate matters. Hth.

Mines starting to calm down now too. It's still falling out but not so much now! Yours will do the same in time if it hadn't already.
