Any Chester & Wirral experienced hairdressers?

I am in desperate need for an experienced hairdresser, with blondes ideally in the Chester or Wirral area . If anyone seen my other post they know I've had a rough time of it recently with hairdressers that haven't done a very good job with my hair and have charged in excess of £150 . This is my last chance saloon . I need an amazing hairdresser who uses olaplex and is competent and regularly updating there techniques .
