I am mending 3 nails for a client tonight where she has still got acrylic on. While these are soaking off is it ok to rebalance and apply product while these are soaking off? (stupid question)

Yep - no problem with working on the other fingers while the broken ones are soaking. I'm assuming you're using the foil method or it's going to get a bit messy

Check how much of the broken ones is damaged - you may not need to soak of the remaining product, you might just be able to thin out and reapply tip etc. - no point in doing it if it doesn't really need to be done

Have fun
