Artistic Pro30 lamp issues

Hi geeks

I have an artist pro30 LED lamp. It's served me well (almost 5.5years) but on Friday night I noticed I had issues with curing. I flipped it over and 2 of my bulbs are out .

I realise my warranty was only a year but Artist boast (on the packaging) that the bulbs never need replacing. I've been in touch with them and the distributer and neither can help.

Anyone else have the same issue and manage to get it fixed?

Yeah they never need replacing dor around 5yrs. Which means you just replace the lamp when they're gone . Sounds like it did well x
