hi a regular client of mines whom i do hair extensions for has called and said shes bought her daughter 150 micro loops and would i fit them so iv said yes but that they wouldnt last as long as good hair and godd rings as they wont be silicone ringed im goin to do them 2nite but im starting to regret saying yes because i know someone who got them before and they just slid right out so my question is does anyone know any tips to get these to stay in and how much would you charge for applying them??

please refuse to do them you know your hair supplies you trust them you know the results it doesn't matter how well you know a client if she has bought cheap hair rings then it don't matter how good you are they will wash terrible and slip out you have charged cheaper than normal but spent same amount of time etc.
i would totally refuse its not worth your reputation they will come back to you possibly you may spend another 3 hours putting them in or have to redo them with your hair etc costing you not worth it people try to save a few quid you pay for what you get hope i have helped hun

I'm not a hair dresser but may I make a comment please.

You should charge the same rate you would normally charge AND make it clear as crystal that you will not guarantee them. If they fall out an hour later (or whatever it is that may happen with them) that is the risk she must take.

Or you refuse to do them.

hi thats me just seen both your replies i went and fitted them but before i went near her hair i explained they arent lined with silicone therefore will slide easily and i explained i dont know how long they will last they could all slide out 2moro for all i knew and it was up to her if she wanted to go ahead so she said that was fine so im hoping they dont slide out too quick thanks for replies xx

Good girl .. and if they all fall out that's too bad .. no refund and no redoing the bits that have fallen out. Keep telling yourself its your time and your time costs good money.
