Avec Perm Issue

Ok so this is the second time that a perm has not taken, i permed this ladies hair two weeks ago and shes got nothing but a little bend in her fringe :/ so obviously im going to perm it again but im worried incase it dries out to much or dont curl. i mean its not asif im using big rods im using red and yellow because she said if its to tight it has a tendancy to go frizzy. HELP please x

Just to be sure, you're checking the curl on the rod before rinsing right? Process a little longer and with some heat if it needs it.

Have you asked the lady if she is taking any medication/is pregnant etc as these too can be a factor in perms not taking.
