Amazing transformation, a job very well done!
Last time I had a client like that, it took me 4 hours to do her nails, with all her fussing and complaining... And when we were done, she put her fingers directly in her mouth, and started to bite them! When I asked her to please not do that, she just answered that that was why whe wanted them done, because she didn't have any natural nails left to bite!!!!!!! Arrrrrggg!
