hi, im a really hairy guy, especially for 22, and im goin away for my first holiday in a few years at the end of august, ive been considerin a back wax for a long time, but i always end up talking myself out of it through a combination of stubborn pride and inevitable ridicule from my mates of both sexes.

I did spend ages doing it with a razor once, and thought it looked so much better, but ofcourse 3 days later i feel like sandpaper so i gave up on that.

this guy is a rough equivalent of the level of hair i have, except my upper arms arent quite that hairy.

and i keep the back of my neck clean with an electric razor like that too.

so i guess my question is, would it look weird if you just get say your back and shoulders done, and then your chest and arm hairy just sortof begins instantly?

Without seeing it it is hard to advise, best thing to do is pop along to your local salon and speak to the therapist, they will be able to the best way to do it.

Your therapist if they do plenty of gents waxing should be able to use a blending technique so that you don't get that "sleeve cut off" kinda look . Did you mean you a going away in a few weeks rather than a few years as you posted.

You really should have started on your waxing regime some months ago and waxed every 4 weeks to ensure that you get the best possible lasting result.

hmm ok, im not sure if its something id want to keep up all year around, i just assumed i could get it done for the holiday and maybe keep it up till the autumn then just leave it again untill next year.

A good waxer will always blend the hair in si that it gradually reduces and looks as though it grows that way.
