Bad batch of hair?

Just had 75g of bulk hair extensions supposed to be finest quality and i have lost 60% of hair in individual strands ... Unsure how to proceed . Should it be removed ? its looks thick and back combed at ends . Will call company to complain tomorrow but ive had the hair since May . Any help would be appreciated

I don't mean to sound silly but if it was bulk hair and is shedding then the problem lies with the installer... Bonds not rolled tightly/not well enough saturated in adhesive. I'm not sure if I've understood you properly though
