Hi geeks,
do any of you use balmain doublehair ? And what do you think of it? Do you get good costumer service? And is the quality of hair as good as they make out? Has anyone used the 6month guarantee? All information would be much appreciated.

I got a girl I know put in the DH for me, but she ruined them, when she cut the clips off she cut through the dividing threads, so after 2 weeks I took them out. I've stitched the clips back on and now use them as clip ins. I love em as a fill in between extensions, ive coloured them to match my hair and the condition is still superb.

I've always had good customer service with Balmain always really personable, but sorry not had to use their 6 months guarantee. Maybe that's a good thing?

hi ya. i love Balmain hair, the doublehair and the prebonded individual ones. the quality is amazing. i know girls that have it and it still feels smooth and silky after 2 months!!! in this case you really do get what u pay for.
i did have to call Balmain once as a client had LOTS fall out after a full head application. they were very helpful and very professional. we sent the hair back to then and they found a build up of product within the keratin bond. obviously this was down to the clients aftercare so they would not replace the hair but they did offer microbonds free of charge so the hair could be reattached.

I have used all sorts of hair suppliers,
and offer all types of hairs, depending on my clients budgets, but i do have to say Balmain are the best ive ever used,

I just love it,I know 2 salon owners that only used Balmain in there salons,I was thinking about just using Balmain, but my existing,and very loyal clients just cannot afford it,I have never had to use the guarantee,neither, you wont be dissapointed with it.

Same here, i really like balmain, but for some clients there not affordable. Also i think you never get enough hair in the double hair pack x

Thanks for your replys, so do you need to use in fill extensions also when using the double hair? And what hair do you use for clients that can't afford balmain? And do they cone pre bonded? X
