Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and products are properly sanitized and stocked.
Consult with clients to understand their specific beauty goals and recommend appropriate services and products.
Provide personalized recommendations for skincare routines and beauty products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through continuous learning and professional development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service and personalized attention.
Handle client inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications in a professional and timely manner.
Upsell and promote additional services or products to clients when appropriate.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a beauty professional, including relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., esthetician, cosmetologist
In-depth knowledge of various beauty treatments, techniques, and skincare products.
Strong practical skills in performing facials, and hair removal services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to actively listen to client needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, efficiently managing time and appointments.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the beauty industry.
