Hiya!

I'm new to this site so hopefully I have put this question in the right place!

I'm currently looking into starting a course in Beauty Therapy for an NVQ, preferably for level 2 and just wondered if anyone knew of anywhere they would recommend in the Essex/Suffolk area. I'm 19 so am assuming I would now have to pay a fee which is understandable. I work part time 3 days a week so it would need to be a part time course too!

I've had a look online myself but nothing is better than peoples own experiences and honest advice and help so thought I would try here! :).

Thank you so much for any help/advice given! :)

Hi Vickyanne,

I'm also new to this so i'm hoping this follows your thread. lol

So I just done my NVQ Beauty Therapy level 2 at Carlton Insitution. It's a 5 day course where you will learn how to do all the sujects and then you build your portfolio in your own time. Once you have completed your portfolio, u will then have a two theory and practical test.

I found the course very interesting however it's a lot of info to take in and now i'm worried i may forget what i've learnt if i don't keep practising.

Have a look at the website to see what you think

Hope this helps and sorry if i've waffled a bit. lol

Good luck
