I am currently searching for a suitable Nail Tech course to take (Im in Vancouver, Canada) ! I have come across two different course options, one course teaches Acrylic Application and another Teaches Resin/Gel? Would I be mising out if I only took the gel extension course with EnVogue?

What are you opinions and advice? :)

p.s. This is my first post! <3

Can you find a course that covers both? I originally only had an interest in gels but I did acrylics too as part of my training package. So glad I did, I still really love working with gels but it turns out I seriously like acrylic too. There are so many fab things you can do with acrylic, I originally expected I would just have to plod through it as part of my training but very quickly felt like a kid in a sweet shop! :)
I’ve found business wise that gel is my bread and butter but acrylics are definitely a must too. Best to have it all covered if you can.

You want both if you can do it.
Not every client is good to have acrylic or gel and you will be valuable employee and well trained nail tech if you learn both system.
Knowing both is very good and I recommend do both.
