I know right! She wanted shorter but we was limited with length at the front for what she wanted! This was using Manic Panic

Seeing cuts like that makes me want to go back short!

Pre lightened roots with affinage ice creme bleach with 20vol, used bleach and water on her mids and ends which didn't remove it all so ended up using bleach and 10vol for a few mins, and toned with 10.21 with a quarter 10.0 xx
