Never heard of that. I've used silicone lined micro rings for weft for years, but I would have thought that nanos hold on to too little hair to hold a weft.
That's great that you can use nanos for this.
How far apart do you place the nanos? I suppose you use more than you would using micro rings?
Do you have any pictures of up close of the installation?

I place them quite close, just find not as bulky in fitting, I use micros got the end holdings then nano rings, I'm fitting a beauty works one in the morning so I'll take a close up for ya and yeah use more than I would. Nanos, I tried it on a girl in the salon about 4 weeks ago now and still going string x

Hi Jodie, additional lengths told me they don't use nano anymore as they snap the clients hair, which has out me off, how have you found them in your experience? X

I've been using nanos for nearly 3 years and never experienced a single one snapping the clients hair. The majority of cheap pliers that are not designed for use in hair ( and sold by most suppliers) are the culprit not the ring

Hi,

I used 150 strands of 1g hair! Probally could of done with another 25 strands for this client! As she ended up leaving the length very long!

I have only ever once come across the hair being cut by a nano ring and that was yesterday (after months of doing them) and it was when I was taking the extensions out of a clients head and one ring wouldn't budge! I managed to get it out and notice her whole strand of hair had come with the ring.

Just make sure you don't press to hard on the rings and you will not get the breaking of the clients hair.
