Best pigment to apply over neons?

Hey geeks, any recommendations on the best sparkle/glittery pigment to apply over the lecente neons? I want the neons to still
Be quite visible and not took over completely?

Magpie blossom is lovely over any colour. It's a really really fine glitter/pigment. x

Lecente golden white iridescent glitter on top of cream puff followed by the neon powder works well
