Bleach out pink semi perm hair or use clarifying shampoo?

Hi! I have a client who I put pink highlights in and now after a week wants them out. What is the best way to remove them? Go over them with bleach, use clarifying shampoo or use the color remover? Thank you in advance!

It depends on the product used for the pink. Was it an oxidising colour or a direct dye? You have to choose the correct remover otherwise you risk making the situation permanent, in the case of a direct dye.

In that case you just need to use Joico Color Intensity Eraser.
Whatever else, don’t use bleach!
