I have someone that wants to bleach their hair but uses Selson Blue shampoo. Is it safe to use bleach while using that product?

I'd be more concerned about the scalp than the shampoo.
Why are they using this shampoo and what condition is the scalp in. The last thing you want to do is compromise the integrity of the scalp.

Is this hair that's been bleached and then toned? And are you looking for a shampoos to maintain the colour or are you looking for something to help with caring for the hair ?
