Hi My client is a level 12.1 all over she wants to go a nice light brownish blonde all over colur any help would be brilliant thanks , i use koleston any recomendations would be much appreciated

12.1 isn’t her natural colour. Colouring over existing colour can lead to unintended results so might be worth doing a strand test first.
