hi, i just ordered this product in my salon because off all the good things i have heard about it. I decided to use myself as u guinea pig, I have done the buffer process 3 times, it taken me about an hour, my colour didnt change too much is this normal? as i am going to colour it tomorrow.. will i still need to use bleach to lighten it or will just a tint work??

It won't remove semi or Quasi only permanent colour

thats good to know thanx!! mines permanent, may have used a semi in the past but not for a long while, my hair is quite long and i cant really remember whats under neath lol
