We have the clients that we know will buy retail(And come back time and time again) and others that , no matter how hard you try, will never buy.
I break the cost down, tell them how long it lasts, etc etc,
but some people just don't budge.
It's just people in this area just cannot see the point in spending £10+ for a bottle of shampoo/etc, when they can get 5 bottles from tesco and have change :|
