can someone please confirm something for me. i would like to know if you can use minx on clients and charge them for it if you are not trained in minx. and if you do need to be trained in minx in order to use there products, what could happen if you do use them and get found out you are using them untrained, thank you xx

It is reccomended that people train in Minx but no-one has to train in it.

You do however need a manicure/pedicure or nail enhancement certificate to be able to get an account and buy Minx from the 2 supliers of Minx.

Anyone applying Minx should be insured and should have the relevant qualifications but unfortunaltley there is no-one to report them to if they are treating people without these things and not much can be done as there is no legislation to stop people performing treatments on clients without them.

If a person is applying Minx with no qualifications at all and no insurance then there is nothing that can be done - other than advising people to steer clear as if they do any damage to a client and get sued they will have no insurance company there to help them or pay out on any claims - they would be personnaly responsible for paying any award made in the clients favour.

i dont think you have to worry hundreds of people brought minx at the nail shows , and how many of them even have a nail qualification,i think you should prove this at the show if you have to prove to get an account x x :D

i totally agree, but can also see that with so many people there it may not be easy. i think when you apply for your ticket you should hsve to send copies of certificates, and they can print the bade with what you can have/different colour tickets, logos on or something? easier than people getting certificates out of bags etc?
