Change from bleach to Highlift tint

Hi! I wonder if anybody could advise me. I have been having bleach on my roots for over 12 months now (Blonde Me & 20 vol) This has given me a colour that I really like but with me living in France and the long hot summers I am finding that my hair is getting very dry, although I use good deep conditioners. I would like to know if there is anyway that I can go back to using Tint (previous to me using bleach I used Wella Kol 12.00 plus a little 12.81 with 40 vol this gave a nice colour but not light enough). Can anyone give me any suggestions please. Many thanks.
