I've over bleached my hair - getting rid of crazy color (read previous thread) - so the mid lengths to ends are now very damaged and rather chewy, I'm trying to use as little heat as possible, I don't ever use straightners, just hairdryer. If i dont dry it, ill roller it.
I'm using intense repaire loreal shampoo and mask - leaving on as long as poss, sometimes overnight. I'm also using Amargan oil and uniq one. I also have kerastase fiber architecte on order.
I'm due to get it cut next week, and having it cut off into a bob isn't an issue, just that if I can't fix my hair I will have to.
If this was a client I would just suggest cutting it off to start a fresh - its that bad - but I just wondered what you guys think. And if there are any other products you could suggest?
Thanks

You know you cant fix hair thats that badly damaged. Sorry babe, you gotta cut it IMO. Keep on with the products too. Better to have shorter healthy hair than long cotton wool, right ;)

Mmmmm just what I thought. So annoying that when styled it looks so soft and shiny but I know the truth. Even though I have this day in day out with clients, I have NEVER. Had this on my own.
Do you think I need more protein? I do prefer to do home remidys, although my research suggest that the protein molecules are too large for the hair shaft to soak up. So I may have been waiting my time for years? Any good pure protein products?

Joico K Pak system is the best at home protien product. If you can, get yourself booked in to a Joico salon for a few K Pak 4 step treatments. They are a miricle xxx
