Hi all, I need some help please!!! recently I had 2 clients return sayin they have be burnt by my waxing, however I pull the skin, wax is the same temperature, use pre and after lotion, any sugestions as to what else I could be doing?? Thanks in advance!

Make sure the wax is not too hot or too COLD.

Lay down the thinnest layer of oil before applying your wax ... thin thin thin, wipe it on and then wipe it off again.

Make sure you pull the strip off by pulling it back on itself not up and back and that you do not remove the strip too slowly.

I know you said you were supporting the skin but make sure you keep it pulled tight until the strip has been removed. It's possible to relax your hold before the action has been completed.

Waxing around the chin area can be difficult and requires care. The curve can cause problems so ensure you do this area in sections so you aren't removing wax 'over the curve' but rather wax the curved part separately.

Jacqui xx
