Can anyone please help with chrome powder. All the tutorials I have ever seen say to apply 2 coats of gelish. Remove the tacky layer, apply the chrome powder and then apply 2 coats of top it off. But it's all peeling away after a week of applying it, I assume it's because the top coat can't stick to the smooth surface but does anyone who uses gelish know how to make it work?

So I use opi gelcolor..: I do the black color 2 coats then I scrub it into the tacky layer then I top coat with a no wipe top coat cure Then I rub it into that no wipe and you'll see the chrome then top coat again wth the no wipe top coat.

Try 2x gel colour, top coat, wipe then slightly buff over, apply chrome powder then top coat and wipe.. As you've slightly buffed the top coat should stick better. Let me know how you get on? :)

Thanks both of you for your help. I'll give it a go again. The top coat over the chrome is peeling back and the chrome is rubbing off. Do you think a nail Polish top coat would work to finish off over the chrome of the gel top coat won't stick?

I haven't had issues with the chrome rubbing or peeling :/ I'd say the top coat didn't cover it enough

Hey girls where can I get the chrome powder
