Client record cards

]Hi all - i am new to this site :0) - just wanted to ask if any of you have got an all in one beauty treatment details pad of some kind instead of having different cards for different treatments ie nails/ spray tans/ waxing etc. im sure there must be something simpler out there that is already in use. Thanks

I think there are cards that cover beauty as a whole but not specific treatments all in one, if that makes sense.

I was just abouts to mention making your own. I have a tanning salon and make my own. Health & Safety have seen them and have been more than happy with them

I also make my own client record cards, one card covers all treatments I offer.

Does anything exist where the clients could fill out a form on an iPad and then it can be stored on there?
Gosh would be so much easier to organise and to find!

I Have an app on my tablet called Client Card. Not sure if it exists for apple products but it's great! The logo is an orange pair of scissors and a comb.

I don't think it would really work for beauty but definitely for Hair and I use it for extensions and just fill it out a little differently.
