I took my advice too....but I am feeling a bit rough today  maybe I took too much...............:green:
I'll talk quietly then:)

Just sending you hugs Adele.  Remember you can only advise once they leave you its up to them!! You always get one & she's trying to blame you to get out of the fact she knows she made a right mess of things. She's regretting it now I bet you, especially as she now has red raw thin nail beds!!!
You have to take things/people like this on the chin & think I know I did my best & its not my fault, she's had to learn the hard way!! I know so many people who have done this & I simply tell them, as hard as its sounds well if your silly enough to remove them like that then you deserve all you get, they usually just lower their heads as if to say "yeh I know"!!! LOL. Most do learn from it but you'll always get one that don't, think they must like the pain for weeks, LMAO!!
Don't let her get to you, she ain't worth it OK!!

Its crazy what people will do! I'm new to nails, and the very first full set I did was on a friend during an assessment on the foundation course. Naturally, as it was my very first set, they were a bit thick, and some of the acrylic had touched the soft tissue, so there was some lift occurring, all in all though I would say that they weren't bad for a first attempt, and she was happy to keep them on. The day after, I offered to soak them off as they were lifting a bit, and said it was up to her whether I did another set for her. She refused and said they were ok and that she would like to keep them on, so I left them, and that very evening she took them off herself .......... with a hammer and chisel !! At first when she told me I thought she meant a manicure chisel, then she showed me, and it was a proper builders hammer and chisel, her natural nail underneath was in a right old state. Fair enough, they weren't brill nails, but why do people mutilate themselves like this instead of following professional advice? I'm glad to say that my application has improved considerably since then and no one has resorted to builders tools to remove enhancements I have done!
