Hey, I'm an 18 year old male and have never really had a hairstyle.
All I usually do is let my hair grow for a few months until it starts getting a little out of hand and then get it cut very short so I don't have to get it cut again. Whilst it's growing, I don't really style it or anything, I just leave it and it doesn't really look very good.
I would like to get a hairstyle, and have been looking around on the internet for hours, I see many styles that I think look nice, but I don't think they'd suit me.
I was thinking, should I just go to a salon and ask their opinion on what styles will look decent on me? Also, how would I go about this, would I just walk in or would I have to book an appointment, like the title of the thread suggests, I don't really have a clue :o
