That is part of the reason, but there is another very good reason for training any new users .... Because the products are different, unique in many very cool and important ways, and as a potential user who wants to make a good business and have happy satisfied clients during the transition from one brand to another, it is important you know how to use CND the right way and to know all about its differences. Now, that makes sense doesn't it?
High end Beauty companies are no different. One may be a trained beauty therapist and have20 years experience under the belt but, for example if you want to use Dermalogica then you need to train with Dermalogica because it is different to Clarins or whatever you have been using before! The whole service routine may be different.
Having to do product training (because that is what it is, product training) is no insult to anything you have learned before nor dissing your experience as a nail technician ... It is furthering your knowledge and technique and enhancing your business and ensuring your success with CND. Now that makes all the sense in the world.
Go and enjoy it .. Meet the new products, how and when to use them; the features and benefits of each; and maybe even something you didn't know before about application etc.
